ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Once an order has been placed, modifications to shipping details or delivery preferences may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, and contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you need assistance with any changes.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as the shipping method selected, the destination address, and the weight or dimensions of the package. We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly, typically within 4 - 5 business days of receiving payment confirmation. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Delivery times may also be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Looking to locate your order? You have a few convenient options! You can easily track your order online on our website, or opt for tracking updates through our chat. Additionally, keep an eye on your inbox for our order and dispatch confirmation emails, which contain handy links to stay updated on your order status.

Just keep in mind that it might take up to 24 hours before you see any updates as the courier accepts the parcel into their network.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

The course of action depends on the carrier, but typically, your order will be handled as follows:

·   Delivered to a nearby pick-up location.

·   Delivered to your neighbors, unless you have specified otherwise to us or the carrier.

·   Delivery was attempted again on the following business day.

·   The carrier will always leave a (digital) note with delivery details.

If you've chosen to have your order delivered to a store, the store will keep it for 14 days after you've been notified that it's ready for collection. After this period, if uncollected, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be automatically issued within 10 to 14 days.
