ORDERS AND PAYMENT

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel your order, but only if it hasn't been processed or shipped yet. Please note that customized or personalized orders might not be cancellable depending on the production stage.

To cancel an item or your entire order, the first step is to contact us promptly.

The quickest way to reach us is through live chat or by email.

If your order hasn't been dispatched, we can likely halt or modify it. If you miss the cancellation window or if the order is processed swiftly, there's no need to worry. You can simply refuse the delivery upon its arrival or return it to us at no extra cost.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?

You can always find your order number in the confirmation email and every email, that’s related to your order. You can also check the order page of your account It’s always an 8-digit number.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

You can use the following payment methods:

Credit and debit cards are never charged until the order is shipped. To make sure you are you, the name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. It’s within our rights to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

To make sure everything will be delivered to the right address, please check if all the information in your PayPal account is correct.

WHAT EMAILS WILL I RECEIVE REGARDING MY ORDER?

After you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you a few emails to update you on its status. Sometimes these emails end up in your spam box, so make sure you add us to your spam exceptions or your email address book (you can check your email program to manage those incoming emails).

Order and delivery emails:

· An order confirmation email lets you know that we’ve received your order.

· A shipping confirmation email lets you know we've processed your order. This email includes a tracking number that becomes active within 24-48 hours.

· You will also receive an email containing the invoice for your order.

Return and cancelation emails:

· The return confirmation email lets you know that we’ve received your returned order and that our warehouse staff is happy with its status. It also means we have started the refund process.

· The order cancellation email confirms that your order has been canceled. Most of the time you get this email after you’ve sent us a request to do so, if your selected items were all sold out or when we’re unable to ship your order. More information about this can be found under canceled orders.

KLARNA PAYMENT SERVICES OVERVIEW

Klarna offers a variety of payment services including Pay Later and Pay in 3 Instalments, allowing users to buy items and pay for them after receiving them, either in a single payment or in three installments, respectively. Customers can find Klarna's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statement on their website or contact their customer support team through the Klarna app. Klarna functions as a form of credit, requiring users to be 18+ years old, with potential fees for late payments. Returns are facilitated through Klarna, where refunds are issued directly by Klarna for paid orders or adjustments are made to unpaid invoices for returned items.

HOW TO UTILIZE PAYPAL FOR PAYMENTS

When you opt for PayPal during checkout, we seamlessly redirect you to the PayPal platform. If you're an existing user, simply login to confirm your payment. New to PayPal? No worries, you can swiftly create an account and proceed with your transaction hassle-free. Refunds for returns will be credited back to your linked PayPal account. 

For smooth delivery, ensure that the information in your PayPal account is accurate.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER AND/OR SHIPPING DETAILS?

WHY IS MY ORDER CANCELED?
