RETURNS

 

HOW TO RETURN

1.       Initiate Return Request: Contact our customer support team via email or phone to initiate your return request. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

2.       Receive Return Authorization: Upon approval of your return request, you will receive a return authorization number along with instructions on how to proceed.

3.       Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is unused and in the same condition as received. Attach the return authorization number clearly on the package.

4.       Return Shipping: Ship the package back to the designated return address provided by our customer support team. Please note that return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer.

5.       Tracking and Confirmation: Once your return package is shipped, provide the tracking information to our customer support team for monitoring.

6.       Processing and Refund: Upon receipt of the returned item and verification of its condition, we will proceed with processing your refund. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

7.       Confirmation: You will receive confirmation via email once your refund has been processed. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

RETURN POLICY

1.       You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange.

2.       To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Some items require unopened, original packaging. This applies to:

a.       Perfumes and/or make-up

b.       Panties

c.       Boxers

d.       Briefs

e.       Swimwear

3.       Please include proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) with your returned item.

 

REFUNDS

1.       Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.       If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

3.       If your refund is rejected, we will provide a reason for the rejection and return the item to you, at your expense.

 

EXCHANGES

1.       We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at hello@commercesphere.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the item.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

1.       You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

1.       If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@commercesphere.co.uk to arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

1.       Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

a.       Gift cards

b.       Downloadable software products

c.       Personalized/customized items

 

STATUTORY RIGHTS
